The Watch List Now Tracks Starred Lots Live on All Six Live Search Marketplaces
Since October 9, 2026, every lot you star in GhostNode's Live search is followed live in your Watch list, on HiBid, ShopGoodwill, AllSurplus, K-BID and BestBid as well as eBay. GhostNode re-reads each lot more often as its close approaches, every 15 seconds in its last 15 minutes, so the Watch list shows the real current bid.
Starring a lot should mean you can stop checking it. Until October 9, that was only true for eBay: a lot starred on another marketplace was saved as a snapshot, so the Watch list could show a ShopGoodwill tablet at $14.99 when it was really at $350 with 12 bids. Now every Live search marketplace is tracked live: eBay, HiBid, ShopGoodwill, AllSurplus, K-BID and BestBid.
What changed
- Live on six marketplaces. Lots starred from HiBid, ShopGoodwill, AllSurplus, K-BID and BestBid are now followed like eBay lots: current bid, number of bids, closing time and photos stay current.
- Faster near the close. GhostNode reads each lot more often as it nears its end:

- A live screen. While the Watch list is open it refreshes every 30 seconds, and every 15 seconds when a lot is close to ending.
- Better lot details. The details panel shows the current bid, the full description and every photo uncropped.

Snapshot lots saved before October 9 are converted to live tracks the next time you open the console.

On GhostNode's side each tracked lot is read every 5 minutes, then every 90 seconds within 6 hours of its close, every 30 seconds within an hour, and every 15 seconds in its last 15 minutes. While the Watch list is open it refreshes every 30 seconds, and every 15 seconds near a close.
